This apartment, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, has a special essence: it is situated right above our agency, which allows us to offer you a close welcome and be at your disposal for any recommendation you might need during your stay. It is a spacious and bright space, designed to share with friends or family. With three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, it offers the necessary comfort for a group seeking an active rest, whether cycling along the coast or enjoying local concerts and festivals.
The heart of the house is its living-dining room, which opens onto a perfect balcony to enjoy a coffee while feeling the rhythm of the town. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can take advantage of the proximity of local products; in fact, you have a supermarket with a trusted butcher just 50 metres away. For sports lovers, we have enabled a practical space on the stairs where you can safely store bicycles after a route through the Empordà.
And if you're looking for a moment of relaxation under the sun, you just need to go up to the communal solarium terrace on the upper floor, an urban viewpoint where you can disconnect from daily hustle. The terrace offers views of the sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. Underground parking is provided to guests free of charge. Lovers of beach holidays and night walks along the embankment with visits to bars and restaurants – this place is exactly for you! There is a yacht port nearby, where it is interesting to take a walk and look at yachts, and then have dinner at one of the fish restaurants. You can quickly reach Mongo Beach or the old quarter by a scenic train, which stops 70 meters away. It takes about 30 minutes along the embankment to reach the old quarter on foot.
